The email you should be receiving for the password reset comes from no-reply@foundationsource.com The subject line is "Foundation Source GivingHub - verification code" and the email contains the code (purely numerical) you need to input on screen. Please also check your spam filter/folder or any other similar areas of your email that may be catching the email.
If you had not noticed, you also have the ability to resend the email to yourself:
After you've entered your email address and clicked "Send code," the following screen has a "Resend Code" link at the bottom of it which you can use to trigger the email again.
If you are still not receiving the email, it's likely that a personal, organization, or server setting is blocking the email. Please try whitelisting the no-reply@foundationsource.com address or the foundationsource.com domain in your email settings and then try again.
