Clearing your browser cache and trying again is recommended to troubleshoot certain situations. Some examples are:
- If an Application or Outcome report form won't load and no error message is received
- If an Application or Outcome form is being unresponsive
- If you are having trouble signing in to your account because the page doesn't seem to load
In Chrome
1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More .
3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range - select All time.
5. Next to “Browsing history” UNCHECK the box
6. Next to "Cookies and other site data" UNCHECK the box
7. For and "Cached images and files," check the box.
8. It should look like the image below. Click Clear data
In Firefox
1. On your computer, open Firefox.
2. At the top right, click on the three lines icon
3. Click Settings from the drop down list
4. Select Privacy and Security from the list of options on the left side
5. Scroll down to the Cookies and Site Data section
6. Click the Clear Data button on the right
7. UNCHECK the Cookies and Site Data box
8. For "Cached Web Content" check the box.
9. It should look like the image below. Click Clear
In SAFARI
1. Click on the Safari menu at the top of your screen and choose Preferences from the dropdown
menu. (If you already have a Develop menu, skip to Step 4).
2. Click the Advanced tab from the menu that pops up
3. On the bottom, click on the “Show Develop menu in the menu bar”
4. Now click on the Develop tab from the Safari menu at the top of the page
5. It should look like the image below
6. Click on Empty Caches from the dropdown list
In Microsoft Edge
1. On your computer, open Edge.
2. At the top right, click on the three dots icon
3. Click Settings from the drop down list
4. In the upper left, click the three lines icon and select Privacy, Search and Services from the list
5. Scroll down to the Clear Browsing Data section
6. Click the "Choose what to clear" button
7. Select time range All time
8. UNCHECK browsing history
9. UNCHECK download history
10. UNCHECK Cookies and other site data
11. CHECK "Cached images and files"
12. It should look like the image below. Click Clear Now.
