Now that you've created your account, please try visiting the original link you were given by the foundation. If you got to the GivingHub following a link to create an application or submit a report, the form should load up in your account at the end of the account registration process. However, it's possible that the link to the specific form was broken if you had an issue or hiccup during the registration process. But again, if you just refer back to the original link from the foundation the form should load up in your account.
In the future when you visit a general link (e.g. from the foundation's webpage) to fill out a new application, you will sign in to the GivingHub, the application form will populate, and you can access your saved draft(s), prior submissions, and so on.
If a foundation sends you an email with a specific link to something like an Outcomes report form, a full Application form following an LOI, or an agreement form, in addition to being able to access that via the emailed link, the form will also automatically appear in your GivingHub account.
